We operate on a subscription model, acting as your outsourced procurement department.

There is a soft limit on how many Purchase orders we execute for you per calendar month.

Ordering and Quoting

It takes us a maximum of 1-2 days to match you with the manufacturers. Once we do, we send your job to them for quotes. The time to quote varies based on the manufacturer and the job but typically takes 1-2 weeks at most.

In case you are working under tight deadlines, you can specify them to us, and we will make sure that we forward them to the manufacturers.

*In case we need to add a new manufacturer to our network, the time to send out RFQs might be longer subject to complexity

This depends heavily on the nature of the job and the manufacturers capability.

In case you are working with specific timeframes, please specify them in your request. alternatively you can book a call you discuss specifics of your job. We will then use this information to find manufacturers who can produce your parts within your specified timeframe, be it quick or slow(which also ends up being cheaper :D).

In addition, we make sure to find some as suitably located as possible to aid during shipping. On the flipside, with our manufacturing partners abroad, we can often get cheaper quotes with slightly longer turnaround times.

There is no minimum quantity. We match you with a manufacturer based on the quantities and turn around time that you require.

The price per part tends to go down with larger quantities, whereas a one-off part would cost more. This also greatly depends on the manufacturing technique(s) which all scale differently. 

Each order gets assigned an engineer from our team who will help you liaise with the manufacturer. in addition, we operate with full transparency, allowing you a direct line of communication with the manufacturer. In fact, we encourage this so you get exactly the parts you envisioned.

We store you data according to ISO27001 standards. Similarly, all the manufacturers we work with are fully vetted, with certifications regarding information security.

We can censor any information that you would like us to before we send it to the manufacturers for quotes. Please include this in your quote, or book a call with us to discuss the specifics.

Payment

Once we match you with the manufacturers, we send them your job. The manufacturers then quote an amount depending on the job.

This will depend on the system you’re using. We’ll make every effort to accommodate it. however, we can’t guarantee the outcome
